A development lane: your requests built at AI speed, checked by a developer.

Last updated:

A Ponte Digital lane is a fixed-price development subscription for companies that run on their own software. It costs €2,950/month excl. VAT month to month, or €2,450/month excl. VAT on a yearly plan. The work stays in your own Linear and GitHub.

You add requests in your own Linear, and we build them one at a time at AI speed. A developer checks every change before you see it. Your active request comes back within 48 hours on weekdays, counted from when you approve the scope.

It's for companies that run on their own software.

Ponte Digital is a development team in Tilburg, the Netherlands, for Dutch companies of about 2 to 20 people with their own platform. A lane fits when your customers ask for more than your team can build.

Who it's for

  • Your company has about 2 to 20 people.
  • You run a SaaS, or an IT-services company with its own platform.
  • You have paying customers.
  • Your backlog holds more than your team can build.

Who it's not for

  • You don't have a product yet. Start with Build & Run instead.
  • You need three or more full-time developers. Hire them.
  • You're an unfunded startup.

Every request runs the same way.

Every request in a Ponte Digital lane goes through the same four steps, in your own Linear. You approve the scope before we build, and you release the result yourself.

  1. You write the request in your Linear, the way you'd say it.

You set the order of the queue, and you always see where each request stands.

  2. We confirm in plain language what you'll get.

Nothing starts without your yes. If a request is too big, we split it first.

  3. We build it at AI speed, and a developer checks every change.

Your active request comes back within 48 hours on weekdays, counted from when you approve the scope. Every delivery says who built it, who reviewed it, what changed and why.

  4. You test it in a private preview of your own app, then release it yourself.

Each preview has a login for every user role and fake data. Nothing goes live until you've tried it and said yes.

What a lane includes, and what it doesn't.

A Ponte Digital lane includes one active request at a time, a private preview of every change and a review by one of our developers. It doesn't include access to production, 24-hour support or status meetings.

Included

  • One active request at a time, with an unlimited queue in the order you set.
  • The scope confirmed in plain language before work starts.
  • A private preview of your own app, with a login for each user role and fake data.
  • A review of every change by one of our developers, and a signed delivery: who built it, who reviewed it, what changed and why.
  • Everything logged in your own Linear and GitHub.
  • Questions answered on the request itself, not in meetings.

Not included

  • Production keys or customer data. We never hold them.
  • 24-hour support.
  • Design from scratch.
  • Work outside your repository.
  • Status meetings.

Pause in a quiet month and keep the days you paid for.

A customer asked for it. Now you can say yes.

Ponte Digital built the lane for these four moments. Here is what changes in each one.

  • A customer asked for it, and you had to say later.

You can say yes, and we build it. The backlog stops blocking deals, and features turn into revenue sooner.

  • Competitors ship with AI every week while your backlog grows.

You get AI speed, with one of our developers reviewing every change. In 2025, 70% of Dutch information and communication companies with 10 or more staff used AI (preliminary figure, CBS).

  • The one developer who knows everything leaves.

Everything is logged in your own Linear. Years from now, you can still see what was done, why and by whom.

  • A big customer asks for ISO 27001 or a security review.

Every change has a record: request, approval, test, review and release. According to TCSA, ISO 27001 auditors sample real changes and look for an approver other than the author.

About half the cost of one developer.

An average developer in the Netherlands costs roughly €63,000 to €76,000 a year with employer costs (Indeed, Ondernemen met Personeel). A Ponte Digital lane costs €35,400 a year excl. VAT or €29,400 a year excl. VAT, depending on the plan you pick. That makes a lane about half the cost of one developer.

The developer figure leaves out recruiting and a workplace. A lane's first year adds the First Issue (€450 excl. VAT, once).

An employee works on your product full time, while a lane builds one request at a time. Compare a lane with hiring and the other options, point by point.

If you ever stop, nothing breaks.

If you stop your Ponte Digital lane, nothing breaks. Your code, your Linear history and every record stay yours, because the work always lived in your own tools.

What goes is the speed. The feature your best customer asked for yesterday now has nobody on it. Tomorrow another request joins it.

You can open a vacancy: about two and a half months to fill a technical role (Ashby). Or you can try it yourself with AI, with nobody checking what goes live.

Either way, your customers wait. Your competitors don't.

Questions about lanes.

Every answer here comes from Ponte Digital's lane terms. Billing questions, like VAT and the yearly plan, are on the pricing page.

  • How does a lane work?

You add requests in your own Linear, and we build them one at a time, in your order. Your active request comes back within 48 hours on weekdays, counted from when you approve the scope.

A developer checks every change before you see it. You test it in a private preview of your own app, then release it yourself.

  • Do we need to use Linear?

You don't need it before you start. If you don't use Linear yet, we set it up with you.

  • How fast is a request done?

Your active request comes back within 48 hours on weekdays, counted from when you approve the scope. It comes back as something you can click and test.

We work on one request at a time, in the order you set. Feedback on delivered work jumps to the front of the queue.

  • What if a request is too big?

We split it into smaller requests before anything is built. You get the scope of each one in plain language, and nothing starts without your yes.

  • Can I pause a lane?

Yes. Pause in a quiet month and keep the days you paid for.

  • Who reviews the code?

Ponte Digital does: one of our developers checks every change before you see it. Then you test it in a private preview of your own app and release it yourself.

Every delivery is signed: who built it, who reviewed it, what changed and why.

  • What is the First Issue?

The First Issue is how every lane starts: one real request, so you can try us first. It costs €450 excl. VAT, once per company, and starts once your preview environment works.

Like every request, it comes back within 48 hours on weekdays, counted from when you approve the scope.

  • Can we add a second lane?

Yes. Add a second lane when you need more speed, for example for a launch. It costs €2,450/month excl. VAT and runs its own active request next to the first.
